Universal Truth Ministries For Better Living (UTM-FBL) is a Bible base ministry for thinkers. We are a New Thought Christian Church, who believe that Jesus the Christ, is our way shower and the Bible is our primary text book. UTM-FBL is a practical teaching ministry, which tells you that, Principles are repeatable and “It Works If You Work It” as our founder the Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon once said.

As a New Thought Christian Ministry, we are propelled in our allegorical application of the scriptures by one of the key tenants of Scripture, in 2 Timothy 2:15. And, it is our study of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus that directs our attention to the ancient wisdom of the ages, as taught by, not only Jesus the Christ but, by many others before him, such as and other leading New Thought Teachers.

One of the key proponents of our way showers teachings is, his Oneness with his indwelling Father, God (John 10:30). Therefore, in order for us to claim, as did Jesus, our Oneness with God, we have to have the mind of Jesus (Philippians 2:5) and it is that mind set, that kind of thinking, that will transform our life, world and affairs.(Romans 12:2).

The Universal Truth Ministries For Better Living, aspires to be a spiritual center in which the message of Jesus the Christ is reinterpreted and modeled in a relevant and practical way to empower and attract a diverse ethnic and cultural community. UTM-FBL is a link in the chain of the great spiritual education movement, begun by Jesus the Christ.

This ministry is an affiliate of the Universal Foundation for Better Living (UFBL), an International Organization of Member Churches, Study and Discussion Groups; Headquartered in Miami, Gardens Fla. The Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon is Founder and President Emeritus. The Rev. Dr. Sheila McKeithen currently serves as its President.
